The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Ladder is a very popular extension for our ATX® RIGs. Equipped with four pull-up bars, you can choose between three variants, depending on your needs. Similar to the ATX® RIG system, two widths are available (115 cm and 185 cm pitch in the middle of 4D Uprights), each with 32 mm bars, or with 48.5 mm Fat Bars in 185 cm width.
Training at the ATX® Flying Pull-Up Bar requires strength, speed and explosiveness. Apart from the known flying pull-ups, climbing exercises and pull-ups are usually also carried out. Furthermore, gymnastic rings, suspension trainers and resistance bands can be attached and used for practicing.
The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Ladder offers a variety of applications, and is easily expandable and customizable.
By default, the Pull-Up Ladder is supplied as a set of four rungs, which are usually arranged at an average distance of 40 cm. Of course, it is possible to mount the rungs at other distances if desired. Possibilities are possible starting from 20 cm, with a setting grid of 5 cm. Other pull-up bars can be ordered separately if required.
Another option is to attach one or more ATX® Rope Holders (Item No .: ATX-SRH-B4) to which, for example, Resistance Bands or Suspension Trainer can be attached, providing the benefit of the pull-up Bars thereby remain unclaimed and fully usable. Using the Mounting Set Climbing Rope (Article No .: RIG-4.0-CROPE-MSET), punching bags can easily be hung on the cantilever arms of the Pull-Up Ladder.

The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Ladder can be mounted at the desired height on the RIG or rack and then has a reach of 104 cm from the front edge of the RIG posts. The height measured from the top screw connection is 83 cm or 80 cm above top edge RIG post when screwed in the highest position. The inclination of the Flying Pull-Up Ladder is set at an angle of 45 °.
The entire construction is extremely stable and loadable up to 400 KG.
The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Ladder is manufactured from 80 mm x 80 mm x 3.0 mm section steel tubes. The pull-up bars consist of 32.0 mm x 4.0 mm round steel tubing, and the Fat Pull-Up Bar is made of 48.5 x 2.6 mm round steel tubing. The mounting flanges of all components are each made of 10 mm thick sheet steel.
The hole grid has a center distance of 50 mm and a bore diameter of 21 mm, suitable for 20 mm screw and plug connections.
The manufacturing process by means of laser cutting and robot welding guarantees a consistently high quality of the products.
The robust powder coating has a finely textured surface that provides good grip and grip.
The ATX® Flying Pull-Up Bar is supplied as a set, including black zinc-plated screws and 20 mm thick screws, as well as two ATX® logo plates that can be simply clipped in at any suitable point on the profile tubes of the cantilever arms.

Important safety instructions for exercises with climbing ropes and gymnast rings!
The RIG must always be firmly bolted to the floor.
In the fall area, attachments such as J-hooks, safeties, dumbbell stands or the like must be removed from the RIG. The area under the pull-up ladder must be free.
Always use fall protection mats!
